Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 6-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Method & Rate:
We ship all orders via USPS. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the package weight and the shipping destination.  Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Standard USPS Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)

Important Information:

We do not refund shipping charges once an item has been shipped, unless a shipping mistake was made on our end.

If your order is returned due to an insufficient, refused, or undeliverable address, we will contact you. You will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees to resend the item to the correct address.

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Must be returned with all original tags and packaging.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Return:

2. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
